We are looking for a talented Administrative Manager to become part of our team in Dublin.
Your main responsibilities:
Managing administrative tasks;
Coordinating long-term organizational planning;
Organizing meetings and managing day to day operations;
Ordering stationery, equipment and furniture;
Dealing with correspondence, couriers, contracts and queries;
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems;
Managing the administrative responsibilities across new offices worldwide;
Attending meetings with senior management;
Coordinating appointment schedules and calendar, conferences and teleconferences;
Managing and organizing data and documentation systems including cloud servers, internal drives and external data storage;
Assisting with miscellaneous ad-hoc projects.
University or post grad degree in administration or related disciplines
4+ years' experience in office administration
Strong analytical and managerial skills
Pharma industry and/or CRO experience will be considered an advantage
