Your main responsibilities:
Write copy – digest core visual aids, brand guidelines, and existing marketing assets into engaging copy for use on emails, web site, social media, and banners.
Copy editing and proofing –review and correct all marketing and business development materials and other relevant copy to ensure they are correct and in line with company strategy.
Work with in-house designer – collaborate and provide direction to create engaging visuals in multimedia formats including infographics and videos. Ensure that all visuals used are in line with brand guidelines.
Content planning – create monthly content calendar to serve the needs of social media platforms and website.
Social Media and Website – manage all content creation for social platforms and website to increase company profile online. Use SEO to optimize website content performance.
BA in Journalism/Communications or related field.
Native English speaker with 5+ years copywriting experience.
Experience and understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical trials sectors is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work in line with tight deadlines.
Experience developing cross-platform content plans and delivering effective and impactful content.
Ability to effectively translate highly complex concepts and topics in understandable English and relatable content for a variety of media and audiences.
Experience using WordPress, Office, and social media tools.
Knowledge and understanding of SEO.
Ability to maintain a professional and positive outlook in a complex and fast-paced industry.
