JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main responsibilities:
- Receiving, classifying and processing requests to the Helpdesk system for 1Ci support issues.
- Consultations and user support.
- Technical support for 1Ci databases: updating standard and modified configurations, updating the 1Ci platform, configuring backup processes for 1Ci databases.
- Deployment and configuration of client-server databases, optimization of their distribution.
- Setting up access rights and user workstations.
- Customize existing reports for users.
- Task analysis and preparation of technical specifications for developers.
- Testing of the modified functionality.
- Keeping records of 1Ci databases, users and licenses.
- Interaction with suppliers of 1Ci and 1Ci support services (ITS, licenses, support).
- Setting up and supporting the integration of 1Ci with external information systems.
- Installation and configuration of PostgreSQL database servers.
- Configuration and maintenance of Apache and IIS web servers. Configuring servers to work with 1Ci web clients.
- Development of technical documentation and user instructions.
You have:
- 1Ci user administration/support experience.
- Experience in DBMS administration to the extent necessary for the operation of 1Ci.
- Knowledge of commands and experience writing PowerShell and SharePoint scripts will be a plus.
- Knowledge of English.
- The ability to use “positive language”.
- Business correspondence skills.
