JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main responsibilities:
- Assisting Head of Quality Management in routine work.
- Assisting in developing, performing, and managing all Quality Control related activities, development of Total Quality Management system.
- Reviewing problems and recommending solutions or changes in procedures.
- Developing QMS documents related to a field of expertise.
- Serve as a back-up as dedicated in Department Business Continuity Plan.
- Participation and preparations to external qualification audits.
- Managing Learning Management System at Corporate level.
- Keeping up-to-date the Corporate Training Matrix.
- Keeping up-to-date Quality-related trackers.
- Provide assistance to employees in a field of expertise within the Position.
- Keeping up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues.
- Assisting in completing clients’ RFIs (Requests for Information).
You have:
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organization skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of and ICH GCP certification is a must.
- Fluent in English.
