JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different departments to receive information regarding training needs;
- Review company SOPs, Policies and Manuals to ensure job specific trainings reflect company specific processes;
- Develop introductory training program for newcomers;
- In collaboration with functional leads generate written self-training materials;
- Deliver trainings to the employees (act as a trainer/speaker);
- Coordinate training paperwork: distribution and filing of training materials
You have:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing, life sciences or medical sciences;
- At least two years of clinical trials related experience;
- At least one year of experience as a trainer;
- Profound understanding of ICH GCP Compliance;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
- Skills in building relationships with internal customers;
- Ability to work in a team or independently if required.
