JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing the company’s overall quality strategy, ensuring compliance with global GxP regulations.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of a Total Quality Management system
  • Maintaining comprehensive oversight of all QAssurance and QControl activities pertaining to Company processes.
  • Work with the top management team to incorporate quality principles into the strategic goals and decision-making processes of the organization.
  • Holding management meetings to establish, delineate, and review organizational policies, as well as to coordinate functions and operations across departments and establish responsibilities and procedures.
  • Ensuring that all processes contributing to clinical trial performance are carried out in accordance with ICH guidelines and other applicable regulations.
  • Implementing internal quality review processes, including the development, and monitoring of KPIs
  • Assisting in the review and reporting of findings and recommendations to upper management
  • Coordination of Quality Management Department and subordinate staff activities
  • Planning audit programs and overseeing internal and external quality audits
  • Providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control oversight and support to projects.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that quality activities are seamlessly integrated throughout the organization.

You have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical monitoring.
  • Previous relevant experience in quality assurance manager or higher position within CRO/pharmaceutical company; a record of previous superior performance in similar or less senior positions within Cromos Pharma or another CRO / pharmaceutical company.
  • Excellent organizational skills and leadership qualities, ability to manage people.
  • Excellent questioning and listening skills with ability to analyze responses.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent decision making, multitasking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to recognize the strengths and weaknesses in others as well as oneself.
  • Excellent record retention, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
