Cromos Pharma Appoints Elçin Gulistanoglu as New Head of Operations in Türkiye

Elçin is an experienced clinical research professional with a career spanning over 20 years. Her extensive knowledge in multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, adult and pediatric endocrinology, vaccinology and rheumatology makes her a welcome addition to Cromos Pharma’s highly professional team.

Elçin has held a variety of senior clinical development positions in the leading international pharmaceutical companies such AstraZeneca, Sanofi and Pfizer. Most recently she enjoyed the position of Country Manager for an large international CRO building its operational structure in Türkiye from the ground up. 

Elçin graduated from the University of Istanbul with a degree in chemistry, and subsequently obtained an MBA degree.  “Because of its ever-increasing panel of experienced investigators who are highly interested in clinical research, well equipped medical institutions, willing patients and full compliance with ICH/GCP, Türkiye has a tremendous potential as a clinical research hub,” opined Elçin. “I am excited to join Cromos Pharma’s expanding team and drive its impressive growth in my country,” she concluded.
